Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai Launches ‘E-Ret Sangwari’ Portal

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai launched the ‘E-Ret Sangwari’ portal at a programme held at Mayfair Lake Resort in Nava Raipur on August 31 to provide sand free of cost to eligible beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G). The initiative aims to ease the construction of sanctioned houses by ensuring convenient access to an essential building material.

Through the portal, the entire process of demand, approval, and sand availability has been made online and transparent, helping beneficiaries avoid unnecessary visits and procedural difficulties.

Under PMAY-G, permanent houses are being provided to needy rural families. Since sand constitutes an important part of construction expenditure, its free availability will provide financial relief to beneficiaries and help accelerate the completion of houses.

The ‘E-Ret Sangwari’ initiative combines free sand distribution with a transparent digital process, strengthening the State Government’s commitment to ensuring safe, dignified and permanent housing for eligible rural families.
